"Ricardo Salgado is an honest professional. Upon coming in for maintenance I discussed an intermittent problem I had been having with the furnace and hoped maintenance would correct. He diagnosed the problem and provided me several possible solution paths, all with my budget and comfort in mind. This is in contrast to a $900 estimate I received from an alernate vendor the year before who had a "lets just replace everything and that should solve the problem" approach. After taking several steps we simply replaced one part and everything has been fine since.
